On Friday 19th of July, 2014, Patriarch Pierbattista Cardinal Pizzaballa, ofm, Grand Prior of the Equestrian Order of the Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem celebrated Vigil Mass in St. Patrick’s Pontifical University Maynooth. Several Knights and Dames were promoted during the ceremony.

On Saturday, 20th of July, 2024, His Beatitude Pierbattista Cardinal Pizzaballa celebrated the Investiture Mass with His Eminence Seán Cardinal Brady, His Grace Most Revd Éamon Martin, His Grace Most Revd Dermot Farrell, His Grace Most Revd Kieran O’Reilly, His Grace Most Revd Francis Duffy, Most Revd Thomas Deenihan. One new Dame and eight new Knights were invested into the Order.

On Sunday, 21st of July, 2024, His Beatitude Pierbattista Cardinal Pizzaballa celebrated Mass in St Mary’s Pro-Cathedral, in Dublin.
