The Lieutenant of Ireland H.E. Peter Durnin, GCHS accompanied by a number of Dames and Knights from the Archdiocese of Dublin participated in the annual World Day of Peace Mass which was celebrated this year in St. Brigid’s Church, Killester parish.

The principal celebrant was Most Rev Dermot Farrell, KC*HS Archbishop of Dublin and Primate of Ireland assisted by H.E. Most Rev Luis Mariano Montemayor, Apostolic Nuncio; Most Reverend Diarmuid Martin, Archbishop Emeritus of Dublin; Most Rev Bishop Paul Dempsey, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Dublin and priests of the Archdiocese including Very Rev Bill O’Shaughnessy KHS and Very Rev Pádraig Shelley KHS, Diocese of Kildare and Leighlin.
