The annual pilgrimage of The Lieutenancy of Ireland to the International Eucharistic and Marian Shrine in Knock, County Mayo commenced this evening Friday 26th January 2024 with Eucharistic Adoration, Stations of the Cross and celebration of Holy Mass at the Apparition Chapel concelebrated by our Ecclesiastical Master of Ceremonies – Very Reverend Derek Darby, KCHS, and Very Reverend Gerard MacCormack, KHS.
Thereafter, members and their guests enjoyed a sumptuous Gala Dinner in the Knock House Hotel.
Saturday 27th January 2024 – Stations of the Cross devotion, with special focus and prayers of intercession for all people affected by the current war in the Holy Land.

H.E. Lieutenant Peter Durnin, GCHS thanked Members, Aspirants and friends for attending and participating in the weekend events which provided personal spiritual enrichment and time for reflection on the plight of all the communities currently affected directly and indirectly by the ongoing war in Gaza.
